LeBron James doesn’t care about Cavaliers regular season struggles, now focused on playoffs

Coming into this NBA season, many believed that the Cleveland Cavaliers were the favorites to represent the Eastern conference in the Finals. While they are still the favorites, no one expected the Boston Celtics to end up being the number one seed in the conference. With the way that the Cavs finished the season, some fans are nervous going into the playoffs. But if you ask forward LeBron James, he doesn’t seem to be nervous one bit. James told reporters on Thursday that he is looking past the Cavs regular season struggles and now is focused on the playoffs.

“I think through everything that went on with our team, we’re in a position where we can do something special still,” James said. “At the end of the day, I’m not going to harp on what happened in the regular season through injuries, through bad losses, through good wins, through whatever the case may be. We have a good club going into the postseason. That’s all you can ask for.”

Whenever you have the best player in the NBA, you are always going to have a chance to win any game. With that being said, I just don’t know what to make of this team. I know that they dealt with a lot of injuries but all teams go through that. It is going to be interesting to see if the James and Cavs can take it up a notch and become the team that we thought they would be at the beginning of the year.
