With the NFL Draft just one week away, there are many questions that are still unanswered right now. One of the most asked questions is about who will be the first pick in the draft. The Cleveland Browns need help everywhere, but many believe that it’s going to come down to two positions. Either the Browns will select one of the quarterbacks or the safe pick, defensive end Myles Garrett. Well if you ask Pro Bowl defensive back Joe Haden, he is all for the Browns selecting Garrett with the first pick in the draft.
“Watching him on tape I just feel like he’ll be an immediate impact player and I just feel like he’ll be a guy that we could have rushing the passer for years to come,” Haden said.
“After number one, I’m good,” Haden said. “They can just do whatever they gotta do.”
Haden knows how important it is to have someone who can rushing the quarterback, especially with the signal callers in their division. Even though Garrett is the top player in the draft, I wouldn’t be surprised if they choose a quarterback just because they are the Browns.
