John Fox on struggling Bears: “We’ll find guys that want to do it and can do it”

The Bears are 0-2 and they still don’t know if quarterback Jay Culter will be ready to play next week. Head coach John fox was in a situation like this in Denver but the morale on this Bears team is not the same. Fox says that the Bears need to step up ans will find guys who want to win and that can win.

“It’s all a challenge,” Fox said. “Been there, done that. We were a [Denver] team that started 0-4 and then won 11 of our next 12. This isn’t a prediction [regarding the 2015 Bears].

“[But] we’ll find guys that want to do it and can do it, and we’ll move forward.”

“If we don’t believe it, then we might as well go and wrap it up. We HAVE to do it. We HAVE to do it. This is what we get paid to do. We’ve got to find ways to get wins. We let our team down and our fans down.”

The Bears seem like a team that is always expecting the worse to happen and can never recover when that happens. Fox will have to find the way to change the culture of this team if they want to become playoff contenders.
