North Alabama walk-on long snapper Bradley Patterson was removed from the school’s football team after posting the racist tweet about President Obama that you see above.
Patterson’s tweet was in response to NBC delaying the beginning of the 49ers-Patroits Sunday Night football game to show President Obama’s speech at the Newtown memorial for Sandy Hook victims.
North Alabama AD Mark Linder later responded to Patterson’s tweet and informed his followers that Patterson was no longer member of the school’s team.
Thx 2 everyone who brought the inappropriate tweet to our attention. @unaathletics does not condone. He is no longer a member of the team.

So glad to see that kind of hate will not be tolerated.
They did the right thing by letting him go.
