Here’s what the SUV Jason Kidd was driving looked like after his crash

From the looks of things, Jason Kidd is very blessed to be alive today. And furthermore, he’s blessed that all he has to deal with after doing that to a SUV is being arrested for DUI.

And we’re not the only ones that believe that Kidd is very lucky to be alive today. A police officer who was summoned to the scene was also in awe of the damage to the SUV and that Kidd actually survived.

“That’s really his car? Wow,” said one NYPD vet who has 15 years on the force and has seen his fair share of car accidents. “I can’t believe Jason Kidd actually survived that. When I see an accident that bad, I expect at least serious injury, if not death.”

Then we have details of what reportedly went on at the East Hampton club that night.

A source told the Daily News that the newly signed Knick’s night started at a boozy benefit party where liquor flowed freely and bottles of red wine awaited at every table.

“There was booze on every table, and the people kept bringing drinks,” the source told The News.

In addition to the wine, guests were treated to Malibu Red cocktails — a potent mixture of tequila and rum, the source indicated.

The source said it was unclear how much the future Hall of Famer knocked back, but authorities said he was reeking of alcohol and slurring his words a few hours later.

We don’t know what Jason Kidd has been doing with his time since his arrest, but he should be thanking God that he’s still alive right now.

  1. It’s horrible! He is very lucky that he survived in the crashed. It seems like the car suffered a tremendous impact.

  2. He should be thanking the makers of that car, not ‘God.’ Retards.

  3. Sparky Miles says:

Nothing a little Bondo won’t fix.

  4. Why yould NYPD be called to the scene of an accident in the Hamptons? This is fake.

    • nobody said the NYPD was called jack wagon, it was an NYPD officer’s reaction to the photo.

      • Really DUMBASS??
A police officer who was SUMMONED TO THE SCENE was also in awe of the damage to the SUV and that Kidd actually survived. “That’s really his car? Wow,” said one NYPD vet who has 15 years on the force and has seen his fair share of car accidents.

Did you even read the article?? Why would an NYPD officer be SUMMONED TO THE SCENE in EAST HAMPTON, which is over an HOUR AWAY from the nearest NYPD jurisdiction fuckface?

  5. Are you kidding me? There isn’t even any damage to the driver’s door. That entire space is not impacted in any way as all the damage is in the front end and engine area. Sensationalize much?

    • yeah, ‘head on’ impact is nothin’

    • yeah you’re right. the drivers door is the criteria of the seriousness of an accident.
one can clearly tell there was no fatality in this case. just because the l.f. door won’t open,
doesn’t mean it was damaged in any way.

  6. JoJoDancersLegs says:

    Doesn’t mean it’s near-fatal either.

  7. akimofro says:

Why isn’t anybody talking about what a retard Jason Kidd is for doing this thing? I mean, it’s good that he wasn’t injured, but he could have killed innocent people! I like J-Kidd, but I HATE drunk driver even more!

  8. Some friends who carried him out of the club, and then let him get behind the wheel.

  9. It was reported that his wife drove him home and the idiot decided to get behind the wheel to go back to the club. He need to serve some jail time.

  10. Guys, guys
This is a picture of a car in a junkyard.
    It is not his car.
