[text-box] Greg Oden is about to be $8.8M richer because his team, the Portland Trailblazers, have proposed a hefty qualifying offer. As the number one draft pick in the 2007 NBA Draft, Oden was expected to the Blazers savior, but has failed to stay healthy.
Over his first 4 seasons, Oden has missed 246 of a possible 328 regular season games due to injury; he has missed two entire seasons, 2007-08 & 2010-11. Either way, after accepting this offer his bank account will be pretty inflated for the next year. Oden is averaging 9.3ppg along with 7.3 rebs for his career.
