Are the Bulls back? If you asked Michael Jordan, he’d say so. Chicago has recently vaulted to the top spot in the Eastern Conference at 48-18 due to their recent 7 game winning streak.
Led by the likely MVP, Derrick Rose, the Bulls have been one of the NBA’s most consistent teams this season. Rose is averaging a career high in minutes, points, rebounds, assists and 3-point/free-throw percentages.
The All-Star point guard has quickly moved from a good, young player with potential, to the best point guard in the league. Because of Rose, Boozer and the rebounding of Joakim Noah, the Bulls are a formidable force in the Eastern Conference.
The team has, thus far, swept the Central Division, 12-0, and have the second best home record in the league behind the Spurs at 30-4.
If this trend continues in the ‘Windy City’, the Bulls will soon raise another championship banner up in the United Center.
