After speculation that Deron Williams had a hand in Jerry Sloan’s decision to step down, the Utah Jazz have now shipped the All Star off to New Jersey in exchange for Derrick Favors and Devin Harris according to Yahoo! Sports’ Adrian Wojnaroski.
The Utah Jazz have agreed to deal All-Star point guard Deron Williams(notes) to the New Jersey Nets in a three-way deal that will send Derrick Favors(notes), Devin Harris(notes) and two first-round draft picks to Utah, sources tell Y! Sports.
The Nets will also receive forwards Brandan Wright and Dan Gadzuric from the Golden State Warriors and send the Warriors forward Troy Murphy(notes). New Jersey will also send $3 million to the Jazz.
