Atlanta Hawks Suffer 4th Straight Loss

After a blazing start to the 2009-10 NBA season, the Atlanta Hawks have cooled off considerably.

With the 92-75 blowout loss suffered last night against the Heat, the Hawks have now loss four consecutive games and have yet to win in 2010.

Atlanta, at 21-12, have now fallen 3 games behind the third place Orlando Magic and only hold a 3.5 game lead over the fifth place Heat.

If the Hawks have any chance of advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals, they must finish in the top three slots of the East to avoid a match up with the #1 seed in the second round of the playoffs.

Last year ended with a second round sweep at the hands of the top seeded Cleveland Cavaliers.
