We know subtlety is obviously not her aim, but why expose yourself to the biggest audience in talk show history to talk about an incident that was allegedly, in Andrews’ own words, ‘a nightmare.’
I’m not a hater, nor do I have any issues with Andrews profiting from her so called misfortune, but the humble act has to go.
Andrews does not want to be just another female sideline reporter, she wants to rich and famous; when she finally admits it the really intelligent guys that run ESPN, LOL, will feel like idiots.
My suspicions led me to believe she wanted the limelight, but her appearance on Oprah’s couch has confirmed them. Here’s the projected path of Andrews’ career: first Oprah, then Playboy, soon followed by her own prime time show and that’s when the big bucks will start rolling in.
Andrews’ interview with Oprah will air on September 11, 2009.
