Bucs fire offensive coordinator Jagodzinski

The Jeff Jagodzinski era in the NFL has ended before it really began after the O-coordinator was fired by the Tampa Bay Bucs earlier today.

” I was given the chance to remain on the staff as the quarterbacks coach, but felt that the timing for such a move was not in the best interest for either side,” Jags said in a statement.

In January, Jags was removed from Boston College’s head coach position for violating a stipulation of his contract, interviewing for other coaching jobs.

Let’s run down his year: He didn’t get hired for the New York Jets head coach position, he was fired by BC for interviewing for that job, weeks later he’s hired to be the Bucs O-coordinator and now, even before the season officially began, he got canned by the Bucs.

I’m sure he wished he would have stayed put at BC he had a good thing going, now he’ll be watching the NFL and college football seasons on the tube like the rest of us.
