Just In Case You Were Wondering, Kobe Hasn’t Changed A Bit

Just when you thought Kobe was finally maturing and putting aside any personal goals or vendettas, queue up sharing the MVP award with former teammate, Shaquille O’Neal and the questions about reuniting that came with it. At around the 1:10 mark of this video, Kobe is asked did this All-Star game experience make him think about wanting to play with Shaq again. His response, a very dry “No”.

Of course, Shaq had to also answer “No” when the question came his way, just to save face, but let’s be honest here. Shaq is in the twilight of his career and I’m completely positive that he would love to go to the Lakers and possibly win another championship. I am also positive that Kobe wants no part of it. Only because Kobe wants to prove that he can win a championship without Shaq. Which is fine and dandy, if he can actually do it. My thought is that he can’t. So my question to Kobe is this. Would you like to add another 1 or 2 more championships to your resume by adding Shaq to your roster or do you want to continue to TRY to prove to everyone that you can do it all alone? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Kobe is a show boat. Thinks he is the best.

I do think though that Kobe should of been named outright MVP. Shaq was entertaining though. Through the legs passes, performing with the Jaberwackeez. Great game to watch
